Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before your goods enter production or are dispatched. Once your package has been shipped, order cancellation will no longer be possible.

Returns (where applicable)

Returns can be initiated within 14 days after you receive your delivery. All returned items must remain unused, kept in their original state and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please do not send returned merchandise directly to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs when you choose to return an item. We will take charge of return shipping fees only when items arrive damaged or we shipped the incorrect products due to our error.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email notification to confirm whether your refund request is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (where applicable)

If your refund has not shown up in your account, please first verify your bank balance, then reach out to your card issuer and banking institution. If the problem still remains unresolved, send us an email at applovin02@outlook.com.
